This policy outlines Aural Labs’ return procedures and limited warranty coverage for professional-grade audio hardware.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Aural Labs hardware products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use.
- Warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
- Applies to the original purchaser unless otherwise required by law.
- Covers manufacturing defects only.
What Is Covered
- Failure due to component or assembly defect
- Malfunction under normal operating conditions
- Power regulation or switching faults not caused by misuse
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from incorrect power supply use
- Reverse polarity or over-voltage conditions
- Physical damage, impact, liquid exposure
- Unauthorized modifications or repair attempts
- Normal cosmetic wear
Returns (Non-Defective Products)
Returns for non-defective products may be accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product must be in like-new condition.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- A restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply.
Warranty Service Procedure
To request warranty service:
- Email support with your order number and issue description.
- Include photos or video if applicable.
- Wait for return authorization before shipping.
If approved, Aural Labs will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.
Shipping for Warranty Repairs
- Customer covers inbound shipping unless otherwise agreed.
- Aural Labs covers return shipping for confirmed warranty defects (domestic).
- International return shipping responsibilities may vary.
Limitation of Liability
Aural Labs’ liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for consequential damages, loss of income, or equipment downtime.
