These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the Aural Labs website and the purchase and use of Aural Labs products. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Professional Equipment Use
Aural Labs products are professional audio devices intended for informed use within appropriate signal and power environments. Users are responsible for:
- Using approved and correctly rated power supplies
- Ensuring proper installation within signal chains
- Operating products within specified voltage and environmental limits
Improper use, unauthorized modification, or incorrect power application may void warranty coverage.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Aural Labs reserves the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders if necessary.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Aural Labs does not store full payment card details.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, circuitry, product names, trademarks, logos, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of Aural Labs and may not be reproduced, reverse engineered for commercial replication, or redistributed without written permission.
6. Limited Warranty
Products are covered solely by the written Limited Warranty published on this site. Except as expressly stated in that warranty, products are provided without additional express or implied warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aural Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of income or business interruption
- Damage to third-party equipment
- Loss of data
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution informally before pursuing legal remedies.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Force Majeure
Aural Labs shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, natural disaster, carrier delay, or regulatory action.
11. Website Use Restrictions
Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute website content or product materials without written authorization.
12. Modification of Terms
Aural Labs may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
