• Phase 1: Component Disassembly

  • **Surface Prep:** Gentle wipe-down to remove surface-level dust before applying cleaning agents to avoid micro-scratching the finish.

• Phase 2: Fretboard Restoration

  • **Grime Removal:** Specialized cleaning to remove built-up DNA, sweat, and dirt from the fretboard and right up to the fret wire.
  • **Pore Hydration:** Application of premium conditioning oils (for Rosewood/Ebony/Pau Ferro) to nourish the wood, prevent cracking, and darken the grain for a rich look.
  • **Maple Board Cleaning:** Safe chemical cleaning for finished maple fretboards to remove staining without damaging the lacquer.

• Phase 3: Fret Polishing

  • **Oxidation Removal:** Eliminating tarnish and oxidation from fret wire using micro-mesh or polishing compounds.
  • **Mirror Finish:** Buffing frets to a high shine to reduce string friction, making bends smoother and prolonging string life.

• Phase 4: Body Finish Detailing

  • **Deep Cleaning:** Removal of smudge marks, fingerprints, and sticky residue using instrument-safe cleaners.
  • **Swirl Mark Reduction:** Light buffing to reduce the appearance of fine swirl marks and light scratches in the clear coat.
  • **Protective Waxing:** Application of high-grade Carnauba wax or synthetic polymer sealant to create a protective barrier against sweat and moisture while restoring a deep, wet-look shine.

• Phase 5: Hardware & Electronics Hygiene

  • **Hardware De-corrosion:** Cleaning of bridges, tailpieces, and tuners to remove early-stage rust and pitting.
  • **Potentiometer Cleaning:** Internal cleaning of volume and tone pots with DeoxIT to flush out dust that causes "scratchy" sounds.
  • **Jack & Switch Cleaning:** Cleaning output jacks and selector switches to ensure solid electrical contact and prevent signal dropouts.

• Phase 6: Reassembly & Final Inspection

  • **Hardware Reinstallation:** Reinstalling all hardware to correct torque specifications.
  • **Final Wipe:** A final microfiber detail to ensure no residue remains.
  • **String Up:** Restringing the instrument (Standard string change included, specific setups billed separately).
